24-Hour Water Extraction

Whether from faulty plumbing, wet weather or tenant mistakes, floods are a recurring problem for commercial and multifamily properties. If a flood occurs, it is critical for the source of the flooding to be removed and the water to be extracted as quickly as possible to minimize the damage to your carpet. UCS Cleaning offers 24-hour flood service. Since we are the largest commercial and multifamily carpet cleaning company in Central Texas, we are the most responsive carpet cleaning company in Central Texas, and responsiveness is critical in a flood situation. We have at least three vans on call for emergency water extractions at all times, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our complete flood service is designed to minimize the damage to your carpet after a flood, while being cost effective. The standard flood service includes: extraction of water, removal of wet pad, application of mildicide to the subfloor, use of air movers and dehumidifiers as needed to speed drying, relaying pad, and reinstallation of the carpet.

In addition, upon request we can provide water extraction only for flooded carpets, with or without the use of air movers and dehumidifiers to speed drying.
